NVQ in Customer Service
Qualification details
This qualification develops the ability to deliver good reliable customer services to external and internal customers using written and spoken language, IT and telephony. It includes development of the self in the workplace. Progression routes include apprenticeships, advanced apprenticeships and higher level professional qualifications.
