Qualification details

The apprenticeship takes about 12-18 months to complete. It includes employability skills, literacy, numeracy and IT and a professional team leading qualification. It also includes a large element of workbased assessment, testing the skills learned and used on the job. Progression routes include advanced apprenticeships or higher levels of professional qualifications.
