Pathfinder Project Dissemination Event
To mark the end of the Knowledge Transfer Pathfinder Project, the National Skills Academy for Financial Services (NSAFS) held a dissemination event on 25th March at 8works’ premises in London.
Attendees included representatives from the lead further education colleges who have been involved in the project, from our wider training provider network and from some new colleges. The main objective of the event was to look at how we might shape a new business service within our colleges through sharing key findings from the project and NSAFS training provider network experience in engaging with financial services employers. Specifically we looked at the successes so far, the toolkit available to colleges in the network to increase engagement and the benefits and opportunities available.
Geoff Evans from The Oldham College said, “The event reinforced the importance of collaboration between providers within the NSAFS– working together to meet the needs of Financial Services employers throughout the UK.”
