Money Week 2010

The NSAFS’ year-long financial capability project in further education colleges came to a successful conclusion with ‘Money Week’ which took place from the 8th to the 12th of March.

Fun and interactive activities within the colleges helped teach students more about their money and how to properly manage it- from saving and debt, to hidden costs and economical alternatives. The theme was “beware of deals that are too good to be true!”

Some colleges are having their ‘Money Week’s later in the academic year. By the end of the project we expect to have reached over 40,000 learners.

‘Money Week’ forms part of our Financial Services Authority (FSA) Financial Capability project. Read more about the project.
