Paul Clark

Paul is a dynamic leader of businesses with a wide range of blue chip experience, with particular strengths in establishing strategy, driving change and delivering results in large, complex organisations.

Paul has an exceptional track record of achievement in driving profit through a first class sales and customer experience, transforming business performance through harnessing and engaging the talent within the organisation.

Paul joined HBOS in 2004 and is now part of the newly formed Lloyds Banking Group. He initially joined as Sales and Service Director for Halifax Insurance Ireland Ltd (HIIL) – where his achievements saw HIIL being voted the Irish Customer Service Contact Centre of the Year. Paul later moved to Asset Solutions, where he is now Senior Director, initially running operations and recently adding the collections function to his responsibilities.

Paul’s remit is to provide a world class customer experience for the complete customer lifecycle, and he sits on various business boards. He has driven forward significant cultural change and transformed the function, bringing together a number of business operations to
form one shared service and culture.
