Mark Collender

Mark Collender is Head of Campaign Management for Lloyds Banking Group with responsibility for maximising sales effectiveness of all products, propositions and campaigns within the store environments.

Mark has over 20 years sales experience within Financial Services and before joining Lloyds Banking Group formerly Lloyds TSB in 2006, he worked for Barclays as an Area Director in their high ‘Premium’ banking sector. Previously he worked at AMP in a variety of sales based roles from 1991-2003, when he left AMP he was a District Manager. All of Mark’s roles support his passion of getting the best out of his team and motivating them to deliver the organisational and their personal goals.

Mark is a passionate golfer; he also enjoys reading, particularly biographies. He is married and has 2 dogs.
