Our board members
The governance structure of the National Skills Academy for Financial Services (NSAFS) ensures we operate as an employer led organisation.
We have Regional Employer Boards as well as a National Board where financial services employers representing a range of different subsectors and company sizes help shape our strategy to ensure that we are giving the financial services industry what it needs to remain competitive.
The National Board consists of a number of non-executive directors, the Chairs of the Regional Employer Boards, training provider representatives and the NSAFS CEO. Our current National Board members are:

Tony Vine-Lott, Chairman
For the past seven years, Tony has been Director General of the Tax Incentivised Savings Association (TISA)
