leadership and management

At the National Skills Academy for Financial Services, we have developed an innovative, flexible and interactive Leadership and Management programme to enable people working in the industry to develop their skills and to positively contribute to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
For employers, our interactive online programme recognises the importance of developing a culture that puts customers at the heart of business and helps to create the cultural framework that not only meets the FSA requirements, but also adds value to your business.
Are you confident that your staff are performing at building your reputation?
How are you engaging, motivating and training all of your staff?
How do you measure your staff’s understanding of TCF?
