The Skills Academy is an employer-led initiative and the offer to the industry is shaped by financial services employers. The initial offering is based on employer research and discussions with employers together with experience of demand and feedback from learners. As more employers come on board, the Skills Academy will offer courses, classes and qualifications to match employers' needs. The list below shows the initial 'menu' offered by the Skills Academy.
