Shanaz has already worked in the financial industry and had taken time out to follow an alternative career. Consequently her financial knowledge became outdated.

After I completed the course I had an interview with HSBC which went really well because I could talk about a variety of topics like mortgages, which I’d learnt about on the course, and now here I am working at HSBC.'
