‘The National Skills Academy for Financial Services is an independent employer-led, charitable organisation which is a leading body for training & development in the financial services industry.

We support firms of all sizes within Financial Services in recruitment, induction and the skill development of an employer’s workforce.  We have a suite of products and services, (including regulatory online modules, soft skill face-to-face workshops, accreditations and electronic surveys) that help employers run their business more effectively.  We act as a quality standard and catalyst, paving the way for firms to access our approved training providers.  We also co-ordinate major, national projects helping people to manage their money more effectively.   

Our revenue is re-invested into developing new products and services to meet the skills needs of employers in financial services.
